If you’re serious about taking control of your content game, this one’s for you. In this demo, we’re walking through Kurator’s powerful Publish Collections feature — the easiest way to push your curated posts, videos, and articles straight to your website with just a few clicks.

No more manual updates. No more messy embeds. Just seamless, synced content.

(00:03) In this demo, we are going to go over the publish collections feature. How you can publish your post to any website under publish collections. Again, in order to publish your collections, first you need to add it. Add the collection from the list of the collections that you have in your collection folders.
(00:31) Once you add them here, you can then go ahead and publish them. Depending on the license that you have, you can have one or more folders under the publish collections feature.
Now, let's take a look to see how you can actually publish and what the options are. To access the publishing features, you go to the selected collection or folder that you want to publish, you move to the right where the numbers are, the number of items.
(01:07) You hover over it, you get the three dots. You click on them and you get the menu. So the first thing we want to do is we want to select the theme. In the theme, we have a layout. We can have three different layouts. cards which is the entire collection with the filters carousels. You can see the format over here and then a grid function.
(01:34) And for each one of them, you can either choose to publish the entire post or the images only. For this example, I'm going to choose the carousel. Choose the image feature. You can also in the popup select which items you want to have displayed or hidden. And I'm just as a demonstration I'm going to hide the publisher for the post so that we can examine to see how that looks.
(02:09) Now let's publish the collection. After setting up our theme, I'm going to click on the folder that we want to publish. And from here, I want to only publish the items in this folder that have to do with my curator demo. So, I'm going to just select the curator demo. From the filters, you can see that one is selected.
(02:34) And the other thing I want to do is I want to publish the last ones first because getting started is the first video that I recorded, but it's also the first one that I want to publish. So you can order your collections in a way that you want it to appear when you publish the links. From here, once I've set that up, I can now embed it as a YouTube or as a cart embed.
(03:07) A YouTube embed is for YouTube videos and it will play the video directly on the page. A cart embed you can have a mix of post text that lead to articles of blog post and videos, but then the videos will not be playing on the page. So, I'm going to now copy the script and then we're going to go over to the website and publish the link.
(03:35) After copying the link again to the clipboard, I'm going to go over to this website web page I prepared. I've prepared an HTML block. I'm simply going to copy the script inside of this block. And you can see that the carousel is going to appear directly on the page. Going to say done, publish.
(04:03) Notice that the order is the same way that we sorted it. And now when I click on this, it's going to start the video directly on the page.
Any changes that I now make to the post inside of curator is going to automatically be synced with the carousel on my website. So curator provides you a very easy way to publish content from your browser from curator directly to your website. Give it a try.
A view is counted each time a page containing your published widget loads in a browser. Once you reach your monthly limit, the widget will stop loading until your views renew at the start of the next billing cycle.
The view counter in each folder displays both your total monthly views and the views for that specific folder, helping you track usage across your published widgets.
