Want to turn your webinars into view magnets and engagement machines? Stick around because I’m about to show you how to skyrocket your content’s impact. A webinar hosting provider analyzed 10,000 randomly selected webinars and found that 63% of webinar views are on-demand. This means most people watch the videos after the live event.
I’ll show you how you can use Kat to get more engagement and extract more value from the content you spend so much time and effort producing. Let’s dive in.

For this example, I’m using videos from the AI Marketers Guild, a community that meets every Wednesday to discuss the intersection of AI and marketing. I’m a regular attendee, and their videos typically get 700–900 views per published session. Meanwhile, live meetings attract 10–40 attendees.
Despite this, the community boasts over 3,000 members and a distribution reach of 4,000. We’re going to explore how Kat can boost engagement and increase the value of the content this community produces.

To demonstrate, I’ve created a blog post featuring a K Chat bot that interfaces with 35 webinars or sessions from the AI Marketers Guild. The bot only answers questions related to the content in these webinars.
When you scroll to the bottom of the blog post, you’ll find a list of webinar titles. I’ll walk you through two scenarios to show how this tool engages with the content.
(02:25)
For the first scenario, I want to see if a specific question is covered in any of these videos. I’ll ask, “What is the number one reason marketers are using AI?” Let’s see how the chatbot responds.
The bot identifies the most common metric for gauging AI’s value: time saved. It also provides the relevant video reference and timestamp. When I click the timestamp, it takes me directly to the content. This approach enhances engagement and directs more views to the video based on user interest.

For the second scenario, let’s say I’m curious about AI-powered A/B testing. I’ll ask, “What are the best practices for AI-powered A/B testing?” The chatbot highlights key insights, such as using AI for continuous optimization and maintaining control, along with sources and timestamps.
This lets users dive into the exact content they’re interested in, whether they’re viewing it for the first time or revisiting to refresh their memory.

Another powerful feature of Kat is its ability to quickly generate social media posts from the content. For example, I can copy the response, make minor edits to refine it, and share it on platforms like LinkedIn.
Here’s how it works: I’ve created a post using Kat’s content and added some personal touches, including mentions of the AI Marketers Guild and the presenter. This boosts the reach of the content and engages a broader audience.

You can see how this post is now live—a quick and efficient way to repurpose your content. You can also encourage your community members to do the same. If they find something valuable, they can share it easily using Kat.
Kat simplifies the process of generating social media posts, helping your content gain visibility and reach more people.
