KChat For Customer Support
Transcript
KChat is a customer support chatbot for your website.
If you are an SMB looking to support your customers and collect leads from website visitors, KChat is a great tool for you.
KChat uses the OpenAI GPT platform to generate its answers. It will meet your users where they are.
(00:03) In this example, I want to demonstrate how we can use KChat for customer support and lead generation. I'll be using our own website to show you how it works. The magic of GPT is its ability to generate responses that are highly appropriate to the way you ask your questions.
(00:37) For example, what type of content is supported by KChat? The answer generated states that: KChat supports curated content provided by Kurator.
This is an important piece of information for you the user.
Additionally, KChat provides a reference and a timestamp indicating where this topic is discussed in the video. When I click the link, it redirects to our KBucket WordPress plugin as the landing page, where a popup opens with a video that discusses getting started with KChat.
Here, you can see that the video mentions adding content to KChat at 1:36, which is the timestamp for the reference.
(01:21) All KChat answers are generated from the content you add to each curated post. This allows you to easily modify the content, analyze the types of questions users are asking, and create content that corresponds to those questions, ensuring users receive accurate answers.
(01:58) It’s much easier to modify your content in an external database than constantly updating the content on your website.
KChat also provides an opportunity to generate leads or collect emails. For instance, when I ask a follow-up question like, "How do I get started with Kurator?" KChat will display a form where users can leave their name and email address, allowing you to generate leads from your KChat app.
(02:36) Getting started with KChat and creating your chatbot is really easy.
First, log in to your KChat app. The first step is to add a knowledge base. You can see that a knowledge base has a name and a link that connects it to your Kurator app. This is the file I have uploaded. You can copy this link and paste it into your knowledge base, ensuring it stays up to date and synced with your Kurator app.
(03:15) Next, you create your chatbot, select the knowledge base, and choose the outbound links, whether it's your KBucket WordPress page or the source of your popup.
After that, you can monitor your analytics and chat logs to ensure the answers provided are accurate. From here, you can easily modify your content and add new content to optimize your KChat.
(03:49) KChat is very easy to test and get started with. I’m confident you’ll be impressed by the quality of the answers generated by KChat. Give it a try.
