(00:05) In this demo, we'll go over export files—what they are, how to create them, and how to use them. Export files allow us to transfer content from Kurator directly to our KBucket content hub solution and KChat chatbot. Let’s take a look at how it works.

Export Files is a designated workspace, marked in purple in your Kurator app, where you can create files to export to KBucket or KChat, depending on your license. You can create one or more of these files. To do so, go to the highest level where it says "Export Files" and create your export file.

(00:52) Once created, like the "OA Content Hub" here, you need to add a category. Categories are mainly for presentation on your KBucket website, and I'll show you how that works. You need at least one category. From there, you select one or more folders from your collection folder list.

I’ve selected four: Product Tutorials, Content Marketing, Tools, and Client Sites. Now, I can create my chatbot by copying the link to the clipboard and adding it to my KBucket and KChat. Next, I'll show you how that works.

(01:39) The link we just copied serves a dual purpose. It powers our KBucket content hub solution. Under "Upload KBucket," we paste this link into the designated section and set a schedule for how often we want the content updated on our site.

Here is the KBucket page on our website. It has four channels, each corresponding to a folder. Whenever we add or modify content in Kurator, it automatically syncs with KBucket.

Since we use the same link for both KBucket and KChat, KBucket also acts as a landing page for KChat. For example, if I ask, "How can I get started with Kurator?", KChat generates an answer based on the content published in this channel. Clicking the link takes me to a tutorial post in my KBucket channel.

(03:30) We use the same link to create our knowledge base in KChat. To do this, we simply copy and paste the URL when setting up the knowledge base. I already have this set up.

Whenever we update our content, we need to retrain the chatbot so it can answer questions using the latest information from our Kurator app.

(04:23) In summary, an export file is created to sync Kurator content with both KBucket, our WordPress content hub solution, and KChat, our chatbot solution.
