KChat Appearance
After creating your KChat, it's time to customize the appearance and messaging of your chatbot.
To customize your chatbot's appearance, click the button below your chatbot.
From here, you can customize the color, opening message, and the name displayed on top of your chatbot.
In your opening message, it's important to guide users on the types of queries your chatbot can answer.
After setting up the appearance, you can now copy the script and add it to any page you want to display your chatbot on.
You can also test your chatbot directly in your KChat app account to see how it works.
Watch the video below to see how it all works.
KChat Reference Links
Every answer generated in KChat is sourced from your knowledgestore.
All posts in your knowledge store have 2 links. A link to the original content and a link to the KBucket popup on your KBucket page.
KBucket is our WordPress plugin for publishing your curated content.
The file that is uploaded to your knowledge base is the same file used to publish content to your Kbucket page.
We use KBucket as a landing page for our chatbot.
This allows us to centralize access to content on any platform in one place.
Additionally, users will be able to view similar content and explore the topics on their own.
If you don't have a WordPress site, or simply want to drive traffic to the source content, which can be on your website, your social channels like YouTube, or somewhere else, you can use the source link option.
Our next version will let you publish your hubs using our Kurator publishing tools. This feature is for users who don't use a WordPress site but still want to use their own website as the landing page.
